Tubman Walking Tour

March 8 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join Seaford Museum Curator, Jim Blackwell, as he leads a stroll along the Nanticoke River while telling the story of the “Tilly Escape” to freedom through Seaford in 1856.

The tour will start in the museum’s lobby, then proceed along the river to Gateway Park. It is an enjoyable half-hour walk along our beautiful Nanticoke River.

See our town’s history and walk in the footsteps of an Eastern Shore legend, Harriet Tubman.
